MBA defines both an administration and a marketing model. The administration model provides traditional TPA services for carriers, such as; customer service, enrollment, premium billing, premium collections and claims in addition to Agent Services including commission processing. MBA partners with carriers and some TPA’s that are in need of our administration services. The marketing model is based on an independent agent network whose major building block is the General Agent. Additionally, emphasis is placed on special distribution channels such as National Marketing Organizations and consulting companies. At its simplest, MBA creates products that meet current and future marketplace demands and provides marketing support to brand the product and create market awareness within the marketplace and distribution channels.
